Flat Dark Earth, like the name implies, blends in well in drier natural environments. It is in the mid range of the tan to light browns and works well as a solid color, or as a color in a camouflage pattern.
Note: Cerakote has a Magpul Flat Dark Earth that matches the Magpul firearm components, accessories, and magazines. There is very little difference between the two colors.
